Job Description
Qualifications, Experience, and knowledge:
· Bachelor’s degree in e.g., Land Economics, Real Estate, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering] or a related field.
· Professional membership with a recognized valuation body in Kenya (e.g., Institution of Surveyors of Kenya – ISK) is preferred.
· At least 3 years of experience in valuing plant and machinery, and/or vehicles. Experience in the Kenyan market is essential.
· Strong knowledge of valuation principles, methodologies, and best practices.
· Proficiency in using valuation software and tools.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Valid driver’s license and ability to test drive vehicles.
· Knowledge of the Kenyan automotive market and legal regulations.
