Qualifications
Certificate, Diploma or Degree in food and Beverage or related course
Atleast 3 years working experience as a Supervisor in a busy restaurant.
Good communication and customer service sills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations.
Proficiency in computer systems and software.

Duties and Responsibilities
Resolve customer complaints
Supervise restaurant staff
Ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction
Ensuring compliance with regulations
Managing inventory
Planning menus
Scheduling restaurant staff and delegating tasks
Developing budgets
Maintains clean and organized restaurant environment
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
Knowledge of food production
Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards
